3. follow-up: This step is very important and often missed by the organization. plan for your timely check-ins with the new employee. Even if the employee is performing well and you think like there is no need of evaluation, meet with them. This will give you a clear picture of your organization’s onboarding process from the employee perspective. Ask them what they want to be added in the onboarding process. This will also help you to make your plan more effective.
